[Latex2rtf-users] Unknown environment \begin{APACrefauthors} ... \end{APACrefauthors}

Hi,

I am receiving this error when using Latex2RTF 2.3.1 (from installer) on Windows XP with Apacite. It causes the references section to be filled with Sorry statements and contain no author details.

The error occurs even with the test files (but only those that use a separate .bib file), and I have attached the log and output RTF for the test file bib_apacite3.tex

I can reproduce this with the test file bib_apacite2.tex .
Scott, can we do anything to fix this?

Hi, I just found that this problem does not occur on my personal computer. The only difference between the setups is the windows version and the apacite version:

Causes problems:
Windows XP
apacite 2012/02/05 v6.01 (packaged on 2012-03-02)

No problems:
Windows 7
apacite 2009/03/01 v4.05 (packaged on 2009-03-18)

I tried adding the offending statement to ignore.cfg as both an ENVIRONMENT and an ENVCMD, but neither made any difference.
